Each collection is designed in the atelier located above the flagship store on rue Charlot. In this experimental space, Wies and her team create the patterns, develop new color shades and sketch out the jacquards.

The fitting sessions welcome models and non-models alike, a decision which helps Wies achieve the right proportions and fit for each prototype. She is also attentive to the finishes of her collections and makes sure that they enhance the function and originality of the garment. Wies builds her collections around premium fabrics which stand the test of time. They come exclusively from France, England, Italy, Switzerland and Japan. 

The production of each collection is entrusted to European ateliers and manufacturers renowned for their expertise. Wies visits them at least once every season. The woven items are produced in small editions in northern Croatia. The knitwear is manufactured in Normandy by the Tricoterie du Val de Saire, a Living Heritage company. The patterned jacquards are crafted by Les Tissages Perrin and the lurex and silk is woven by Denis & Fils, both located south of Lyon.

The flower brooches made of upcycled silk are handcrafted by one of the last independent ateliers specializing in this line of work. As for the ostrich feather brooches, they are crafted by a renowned feather worker north of Paris.
