This dress is made from a lightweight silk satin woven in France at Les Tissages Perrin. The shiny side of the fabric is placed on the inside to provide additional softness when worn. Details include an elastic waistband and side slip pockets on either side of the hips.

The skirt is worn with the Combava tunic and the roselle brooch.
